After successfully attacking with this ability, you may use a full-round action to sort through the jumble of stolen thoughts and memories to make a single Knowledge check using the victim's skill bonus. The randomly stolen thoughts remain in your mind for 7 rounds. Treat the knowledge gained as if you had used detect thoughts. This is a mind-affecting effect • Wings of Darkness (Su): 16 min/day, As a swift action, manifest translucent, inky wings that grant you a fly speed of 60' with good maneuverability. 1/day, you can use these wings to fly as if with overland flight. If the wearer is a witch, each day when she communes with her familiar to prepare spells, she may enhance one hex she knows, increasing its caster level by +2 for 24 hours.
The name Valuna is mostly attributed to a famous travelling fortune teller that has been noted in records dating back at least 1500 years. She has been connected as the daughter of the infamous witch Drexella, although this is unconfirmed. As the physical description varies, it is commonly thought that the original Valuna died sometime around -725 CY in the Plague Years. Since then others have taken up the name in order to leech off of her reputation.
In truth, through various rituals she takes a new body every 300-500 years, renewing herself. She recently surfaced after dropping completely out of record for the last 200 years. It is unknown where she had gone. Most simply assume that no one had bothered to take up the name.
She is noted for a cool head, but a violent temper when pushed.
